Panna cotta

An exclusive Elah recipe, the softness of the panna cotta merges with chocolate flavour.

The mix for classic Panna Cotta and the chocolate flavour Panna cotta enriches the Elah range.

Adding the milk and cream makes an excellent dessert, on a par with the best traditional confectionery.

Mix for chocolate flavoured panna cotta

Advice for a good preparation:

Add 300 ml milk and 200 ml of whipping cream to the content of a sachet.


Pour the milk and cream into a casserole and bring to the boil. Add the content of the sachet a little at a time, stirring and eliminating any lumps. 
Bring to the boil and boil for 3 minutes over a moderate heat stirring continuously.
Distribute the caramel inside a single mould or into 6 single dose moulds and pour the mix inside. The Panna Cotta is ready to be unmoulded after ½ hr. at room temperature and 4 hours of refrigeration.
