Classic Panna cotta
Classic version of Panna cotta.
The mix for classic Panna Cotta and the chocolate flavour Panna cotta enriches the Elah range.
Adding the milk and cream makes an excellent dessert, on a par with the best traditional confectionery.

Mix for classic panna cotta with caramel
Advice for a good preparation:
Add 300 ml milk and 200 ml of whipping cream to the content of one sachet.
Pour the milk and cream into a casserole and bring to the boil. Add the content of the sachet a little at a time, stirring and eliminating any lumps. Bring to the boil and boil for 3 minutes over a moderate heat stirring continuously. Distribute the caramel inside a single mould or into 6 single dose moulds and pour the mix inside. The Panna Cotta is ready to be unmoulded after ½ hr. at room temperature and 4 hours of refrigeration.
A mouth-watering idea with raspberry compote:
Prepare compote using 80 g raspberries and 20g sugar and bring to the boil for 3 minutes. Into a wide glass pour one layer of compote, one layer of panna cotta and finish with the caramel, taking care to let the different layers cool down. Garnish with fruits of the forest.
