Chocolate mousse

Soft, foamy and chocolate flavoured, it is ideal for the most mouth-watering moments of the day.

It can also be an excellent semi-freddo, ready in two minutes without cooking and no hydrogenated fats.

Mix for chocolate mousse

Advice for a good preparation:
Add 200 ml (=206g) of cold milk from the fridge to the content of one sachet.


Pour the cold milk and the content of the sachet into a high, narrow container and mix. Mix with an electric mixer with whisks at maximum speed for two minutes. Pour into a single serving bowl or into 4 single dose serving bowls.
The Mousse can be served immediately or after 2 hours in the freezer, it can become an excellent semi-freddo.

A mouth-watering idea in full view:

Model the Mousse with a piping bag and garnish with cream curls and Lingue di Gatto (short pastry biscuits).
